If you are looking for a high-achievement environment that is also a joyful, spirited place, connect with an AFS admissions representative and learn why next year at AFS could be your student’s best yet. Play Days
Play Days are designed to give the youngest applicants a sense of a preschool classroom experience. This one hour visit includes use of classroom learning centers, arts and craft activities and group book readings. Applicants entering preschool as 4-year-olds and applicants to Kindergarten are individually assessed for readiness for both reading and quantitative skill building.
Student Visit (required for applicants to grades 1-11)
As a part of the application process, the student has the opportunity to attend a full day of classes with a host student. During the student visit, applicants are interviewed by a faculty member and/or an admission representative.
Parent Visit (required for all applicants to all grades)
As a part of the application process, the parent visit may include a tour of classes in action and a conversation with an admission representative to explore the ways your child will thrive in our learning community.
