Biography

Bianca Adams joined the Abington Friends School Girls Varsity Basketball coaching staff as an assistant in 2018.

A ‘lifer,’ Bianca has been part of the AFS community since the age of 3. She played basketball for AFS as well as for Gwynedd Mercy University where she helped her team win a CSAC championship.

Bianca Graduated from Gwynedd Mercy in 2018 and is currently at West Chester University working on her masters degree in School Counseling. She is the sister of AFS’s Upper School Dean and Assistant Coach Angie Adams.

Why Bianca coaches at AFS:  “I am extremely thankful for the opportunity to coach at Abington Friends. I learn something new everyday whether it’s from one of the other coaches or one of the players. I have gained so much knowledge from just a few months of coaching and I’m excited to learn more about the game from a coach’s perspective.”
